The session will highlight how Imagine!, New York-based Living Resources and Connecticut-based Ability Beyond are working together to improve services and supports through technology. The three organizations regularly share information and resources and have worked together to design an assessment that helps organizations identify and prioritize technologies to improve the supports they provide. Attendees will learn about this successful collaboration along with a demonstration of the assessment.

New England Home Health Care Consortium

June 9 – 11, 2013, Greg will be present at the New England Home Health Care Consortium.

In the past decade, we have experienced revolutionary changes in the healthcare industry. This industry attracts more attention than nearly any other industry in North America.

The demographic in the United States increasingly in need of health care is Senior Citizens. Aging “Baby Boomers,” account for 78-million Americans born between 1946 and 1964. Over the next decade, there will be a job demand of over 1-million home healthcare professionals. The challenge will be to discover how the home healthcare industry will fill such an aggressive demand.

It is vital for each and every home healthcare leader to be aware of the significant trends facing the home healthcare industry in a way that is solution oriented and practically driven.

This symposium was created to have a conversation about what is most important to all of us towards having a formidable and sustainable future in our industry. For two days, we desire to engage, educate and enhance your ability to more easily facilitate and meet the increased demand for home healthcare.
